- On Monday, the card for the price of the first Item up for Bids is changed to a duplicate of its envelope using a darker blue.
- On Monday, Range Game is played for a car.
- On Monday, a car cue from the original 1972 music package is used for Range Game's car.
- On Monday, Most Expen$ive is played for three trips.
- On Monday, the G-T asterisk on the card for the price of the third Item up for Bids becomes smaller.
- Monday's show features the debut of The Lion's Share.
- Episodes where The Lion's Share is played also have an extra card during the credits with BetMGM information and contact info for gambling addiction hotlines.
- On Monday, the Pricedown dollar sign on the card for the fifth Item up for Bids is changed to a G-T asterisk.
- On Monday, the square pattern on the card for the price of the sixth Item up for Bids is removed.
- On Monday, the logo does not reappear on the center Turntable screen during Drew's sign-off.
- On Tuesday, after being absent for nearly two years thanks to a lack of storage space at Haven, the Clam returns to the prop rotation.
- On Tuesday, That's Too Much!'s second "think" music is introduced.
- On Wednesday, Switcheroo's third "think" music, a soundalike designed to be similar to but legally distinct from "The Head Clown," is introduced.
- Wednesday's credits include a note that "[D]ue to a technical issue, one contestant was later awarded a prize." It is unknown which contestant and which prize this refers to.
- On Thursday, George models the second prize in 1 Right Price, allowing the game to use its classic model setup.
- Beginning on Thursday, the Turntable walls take on a red and yellow color scheme during Take Two.
- On Thursday, the crew initially forgets to turn on 3 Strikes's dollar sign; it is eventually lit up while Drew is putting the balls in the bag.
- On Friday, Double Cross's third "think" music is introduced.
Week 2 (2,109 – 111xL): September 29-October 2, November 18
- Originally scheduled for September 29-October 3.
- On Monday, after being absent for all of Season 53, the Train returns to the prop rotation.
- On Monday, the logo does not appear during the mid-show bumper.
- On Monday, the graphics for George's calldown window malfunction during Act 6, resetting to their initial position and freezing there as it moves offscreen.
- On Tuesday, Bonkers's second "think" music is introduced.
- On Tuesday, Bonkers is stopped after 10 seconds of gameplay when Drew realizes the clock never started; this ended up being edited out of the show. Afterward, the game is restarted with the contestant receiving a full, timed 30 seconds.
- On Tuesday, when the show comes back from commercial for Act 3, the Turntable lights are already flashing in their "come on down" sequence.
- On Wednesday, Drew notes that new blocks were made for Push Over over the summer; this is not a set change so much as an acknowledgement that the old blocks were worn out.
- On Thursday, in keeping with last week's change to Switcheroo's music, Switch?'s switching music is changed from the tail end of "The Head Clown" to a corresponding portion of the new song. (The new music is not actually heard until Switch?'s next playing.)
- On Thursday, Rat Race's small prize display is moved in front of Door #1, allowing all three of the game's set pieces to be in the main shot. To accommodate this, the leaderboard is pushed farther back, and Drew and the contestant now stand to its right during the first part of the game, only moving behind the racetrack when the time comes for the race.
- On Thursday, Rat Race's second race cue is introduced.
- On Thursday, the G-T asterisk on the Runner-Up's Showcase podium is burned out during the first part of the Showcase; it is fixed during the commercial.
- In Thursday's Rat Race, the green rat (which the contestant picked) and the yellow rat (which she didn't) appear to finish first and second, respectively; however, the leaderboard shows the yellow rat in first place. It is unclear whether this simply went unnoticed in the studio or another camera angle confirmed the results.
- On Friday, Race Game's fourth race cue is introduced.
Week 3 (2,110 – 112xL): October 6-10
- In Monday's Cliff Hangers, "On the Franches Mountains" restarts from the beginning every time the mountain climber moves.
- Tuesday's show is themed around Breast Cancer Awareness Month; everyone in the audience either has, has survived, or has somehow been affected by breast cancer. Additionally, the following aspects of this episode are different than usual:
- Most of the colored lights on the set are various shades of pink, purple, white, and yellow; this includes the light strips on the front of the Big Doorframes and the borders of the Contestants' Row wall, which are all pink.
- Door #4 shows the logo, with the word "Price" and both backgrounds in different shades of pink and a pink ribbon in place of the dollar sign, against a marbled, pink background resembling cracked blush, with sparkles floating up the image; this version of the logo also appears at the end of the opening (with the ribbon unfurling itself into existence), on the center Turntable screen, on George's display, and during every commercial outro (with an abbreviated version of the animation from the end of the opening) in addition to the usual spots, while the background also appears on the Contestants' Row wall, the Turntable screens, and George's display. Meanwhile, the ribbon alone appears on the four main displays of the Contestants' Row wall and on the center-left and center-right Turntable screens (as well as the center screen during the Showcase).
- The light border is pink.
- The opening ends with, "You are the first four contestants as we raise awareness for breast cancer today on The Price Is Right!"
- All four Contestants' Row displays are pink, and their borders are peach-colored.
- Grand Game's "$20,000" graphic is pink.
- After Bargain Game, George announces that everyone in the audience will receive a leopard-print scarf a $125 gift card from Chico's, a company which, along with its sister brands, donated nearly $7,000,000 to fund breast cancer research in the past year.
- The Bargain Game contestant models these scarves alongside Amber and Alexis.
- The G-T asterisks on the Showcase podiums are pink.
- The logo does not return to the center Turntable screen during Drew's sign-off.
- On Tuesday, Grand Game is played for $20,000, with the lower prizes adjusted accordingly.
- On Wednesday, the camera transition at the beginning of Hot Seat is changed from a dissolve to a cut.
- Beginning on Wednesday, the clangs and whoops play when Hot Seat is won.
- On Thursday, the first cue used during 1/2 Off's intro is replaced with a legally distinct soundalike.
- On Thursday, the logo remains on the center Turntable screen until the end of the first showcase.
Week 4 (2,111 – 113xL): October 13-17
- On Wednesday, Drew enters with his dog, Mamba.
- On Wednesday, after being absent for all of Season 53, the Tugboat returns to the prop rotation.
- On Wednesday, Rachel nearly wrecks the Tugboat when one of its pedals gets stuck; she eventually triggers its emergency brake, causing the pelican to lurch forward and knocking some of the prizes on the floor. Fortunately, neither she nor Alexis, who was on the flatcar, is injured.
- On Thursday, during the first showcase, Rachel attempts to demonstrate a boxing machine and ends up knocking one of the targets right off of it.
- On Friday, the papers on the 10 Chances board are upside-down.
- On Friday, Back to '75's second "think" music is introduced.
Week 5 (2,112 – 114xL): October 20-24
Week 6 (2,113 – 115xL): June 29-30 (presumably), July 1-2, October 31
- Originally scheduled for October 27-31.
- On Monday-Thursday of the week leading up to Halloween, CBS reruns the Halloween shows from Seasons 47, 48, 46, and 52. Nonetheless, this week does have a full set of five shows, the first four of which appear to have been shuffled to the end of the season in the week leading up to the Independence Day season finale.
- Friday's show is a Halloween episode, and uses a circus theme. The following aspects of this episode are different than usual:
- George announces in a very deep voice.
- Drew is a ringmaster, George is Cotton Candy Man (with his podium covered in cotton candy), Rachel is a tall, bearded man who walks on stilts (and can be seen circling the Big Wheel in this manner during both Showcase Showdowns), Amber is a jester, Manuela is a trapeze artist, Alexis is a mime, and James is a bodybuilder who can lift a 5,000-lb. dumbbell.
- The word "Right" in the show's logo is once again changed to "Fright", with the latter word written in a font suggestive of a circus. This logo also appears in the opening, on the Turntable screens and Door #4, and during all commercial outros.
- The Turntable is decorated as the inside of a tent.
- The rest of the set is decorated as an outdoor circus setting.
- On each One Bid podium is the outside of a haunted tent. When the contestants place their bids, the shot zooms into the dark entrance, with the bids displayed in a creepy font.
- Cover Up uses a circus-style song as its think cue.
- In Double Prices, Alexis helps Drew with the counting up to three by holding up her fingers before Drew reveals the price.
- Double Prices, Squeeze Play, the wall behind the audience, the bases of most pricing games and the Showcase podiums use a pink and red candy-striped color scheme.
- The price tags in Double Prices are written in the same font as the "Fright" from the show's logo.
- George's calldown window is not used at all; instead, the transition is a cut to the audience.
